breakfast of champions

i invited my sister to come to the office this morning to work because it’s nice having her around and now that we aren’t three thousand miles apart we can do this sort of thing.

she made it in surprisingly good time, like nearly immediately, which is odd in our family where “timely” means “before two days after the initial request”. she shared squirrel melt videos with me and i shared coffee with her so that’s super nice.

it also ended my microwave cleaning procrastination. she had only been here ten minutes when this happened. i’m only sorry we didn’t have a camera attached to her head to get the picture as soon as she opened the oven and described the container of oatmeal as an “ice cream cone”.
